    A retainer is typically 12 months, but we can provide ad-hoc or project work on a shorter-term basis. During this time we focus on delivering real value and building a strong partnership with your business. We are confident that the support and results you experience in the first year will make you want to continue working with us beyond that.

  • How do you keep up to date with legislation updates? Reveal

    As HR professionals, staying on top of employment law and legislative changes is a core part of what we do. We understand how stressful these situations can be and will guide you through the process with practical, expert advice. Most importantly though, our focus is on helping you prevent issues before they escalate – through proactive, compliant HR support designed to minimise the risk of claims in the first place.
