Whether you are looking for ongoing HR support through one of our HR retainer packages or need assistance with a one-off project, we can help. We also provide ad hoc advice and guidance as and when issues arise, giving you the freedom to access expert support when needed.
A retainer is typically 12 months, but we can provide ad-hoc or project work on a shorter-term basis. During this time we focus on delivering real value and building a strong partnership with your business. We are confident that the support and results you experience in the first year will make you want to continue working with us beyond that.
As HR professionals, staying on top of employment law and legislative changes is a core part of what we do. We actively monitor legal developments to ensure our advice is always current and compliant. We do this so you don’t have to. This means you can focus on running your business, while we keep you informed through regular updates, client communications, and articles on our website.
Depending on the support package you choose, you’ll either be assigned a dedicated HR Consultant or be supported by a member of our experienced, close-knit team. We take the time to truly understand your business, so the advice you receive is practical, tailored, and provides real impact. If your dedicated Consultant is ever unavailable, another team member will step in, ensuring continuity and consistent support at all times.
While we don’t currently offer insurance cover for tribunal claims, we are here to fully support you should a claim arise. We understand how stressful these situations can be and will guide you through the process with practical, expert advice. Most importantly though, our focus is on helping you prevent issues before they escalate – through proactive, compliant HR support designed to minimise the risk of claims in the first place.
Yes, we offer a free call, but can also provide a PAYG or project fee depending on your needs. As part of this initial call, we will discuss any current people challenges and better understand what you’re looking for in an outsourced HR partner. This gives you a chance to see how we work and ensures we’re the right fit to support your business needs before you commit.
