Paul Addy, is a HR Consultant and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. With over 30 years’ experience in HR, and senior roles for companies including Barclays, GE and ASDA, he is passionate about helping businesses grow through development of a positive people culture.
He is personable and approachable, Paul supports organisations and reduces costs through effective management of people.
A qualified and highly effective mediator, Paul connects with team members across all levels to drive change with creative and impactful strategies. Offering support during challenging times, he is committed to employee engagement and development to drive growth.
Fun Fact
There are lots of fun things about Paul, he is a keen musical theatre lovey and has performed in 18 shows over the last 18 years, as well as six pantomimes. He is also a Trombone player and plays in BD1 Brass Band. In 2013 Paul climbed Kilimanjaro with work colleagues to raise money for Wateraid.

Paul came to LCF Law initially for a project to integrate the 25 staff joining us. He came up with a project plan which was approved and implemented smoothly.
