Amber Hoefling, Business Development Manager

With more than 13 years of experience in Business Development and commercial sales, Amber brings a consultative, relationship-led approach to her role. For the past five years, she has specialised in supporting SMEs with their HR, Health & Safety and Payroll needs.

Amber studied Education Studies at the University of Northampton, achieving a 2:1 degree. Although she originally planned to become a teacher, she soon realised that teaching wasn’t the right path for her and went on to build a successful career in Business Development.

She takes the time to understand each business, its people and its challenges before recommending the right solution. A key part of her role is developing new business and building strong relationships, so you’ll often find her out networking, meeting new people and connecting with businesses.

While she enjoys all areas of the business, HR is a particular passion. She loves helping SMEs create healthy, happy and positive workplace cultures and enjoys keeping up with the ever-evolving HR landscape. Amber is also looking forward to starting her CIPD studies soon.

For Amber, the most rewarding part of her role is the people. She enjoys building genuine client relationships, learning about different businesses and understanding how she can add value. She takes great pride in ensuring every client has an excellent experience from their first interaction, with the confidence that they will then be supported by a knowledgeable and dedicated team.

Outside of work, Amber is a proud member of her local running chatter group. She loves running and chatting and can now complete a 10K while keeping the conversation going all the way!
