Amber Shoyer, Group Digital Marketing Executive

Amber is a Group Digital Marketing Executive at impact HR, supporting multiple brands across the group with their marketing strategy, and day to day activities.

Starting her career as a marketing apprentice at a marketing agency, Amber quickly built hands-on experience across all areas of digital marketing, achieving her Level 3 qualification before progressing into a full marketing executive role. She now brings a well-rounded skill set covering content creation, email marketing, social media, and outreach.

With a strong connection to the HR industry through both her professional role and family background, Amber understands the importance of clear, people first communication. Working closely with founders and teams across the group, Amber focuses on delivering marketing that not only looks good but connects with their audience in a way that reflects who they are.

Outside of work, Amber enjoys walking her two energetic spaniels, travelling with her friends, and experimenting with new recipe’s!
