Sheena Harris, Regional Manager - Midlands

Sheena is our Midlands Regional Manager at impact HR, bringing over 20 years of experience across a wide range of HR roles. Throughout her career, she has progressed through positions including HR Administrator, HR Advisor, HR Consultant and Senior HR Consultant (Team Lead), developing a broad and well-rounded understanding of the HR profession along the way.

With a Psychology degree, a CIPD Level 7 Master’s in HR Management, MCIPD membership and a Level 5 Award in Leadership & Management through ILM, Sheena combines strong technical knowledge with extensive practical experience. Having worked both in-house and within consultancy, she particularly enjoys the variety that comes with supporting different businesses and industries.

She enjoys working closely with business owners and management teams to understand their challenges, provide practical solutions and help shape their businesses through effective people strategies. Developing others is also a key passion, particularly seeing people grow and progress in their roles.

Outside of work, Sheena has a few creative hobbies, loves to hike with her dog, enjoys going to music festivals and the theatre, and volunteers at a local church leading youth groups.
