James Roberts, HR Advisor
James is an HR professional with over four years of experience in employment relations, HR automation, and employment law. He holds both a BSc and MSc in Human Resource Management and is CIPD Level 7 qualified.
He has worked within an IT consultancy environment, working with public and private sector clients and managing in-house employee relations across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and South Africa. James is known for delivering clear, consistent HR guidance and building efficient processes that enhance the employee experience.
Outside of work, he enjoys going to the gym, taking part in charity boxing, and travelling. He is also currently learning to speak fluent French.
