Juliet Irving, Director of HR Operations

Juliet Irving is the Director of HR Operations at impact HR and brings over 19 years of HR experience across a variety of industries, working in both HR consultancy and in-house roles. With extensive line management expertise, Juliet provides advice and guidance on everything from day-to-day people queries and employment relations cases to strategic HR planning and culture.

She has a passion for tackling complex HR challenges and staying up to date with case law to ensure every recommendation is compliant and best practice. Juliet brings with her a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, CIPD Level 7 and ILM Level 5 qualifications.
