Mellissa Charles, HR Consultant

Mellissa has 25 years experience in the HR profession and holds a BA Hons degree in HR Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Employment Law and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.

Earlier in her career, Mellissa specialised in compensation, benefits and global mobility , before becoming a HR generalist with a focus on employee relations.  Mellissa has predominantly worked in the Finance sector and has held positions in Professional Services  and Aviation more recently.

Mellissa has supported and advised business leaders and their teams through challenging employee relations casework, including redundancy, performance improvement, absence, disciplinaries and grievances. At all times balancing the commercial impact and risk considerations with a fair and empathetic approach.

Mellissa is an accredited workplace mediator and Mental Health First Aider.

Outside of work, Mellissa enjoys boxing classes, volunteering in her local community, and reading autobiographies.
