She has experience advising on a wide range of HR situations, including onboarding, probation, and employee relations.
Grace holds a CIPD Level 3 qualification and is currently studying towards her Level 5, all while planning her wedding — a challenge in itself!
With a varied HR background, Grace has a strong passion for employee wellbeing and fostering positive relationships between organisations and their people. She thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys working as part of a team to deliver successful outcomes.
Grace is a sloth lover who has even had the chance to meet and feed one. She also enjoys horse riding, ice skating, and spending time with family and friends. She takes on her local Park Run most Saturdays — though admits she can be put off by the weather!
