Laura Wright is an Associate Member of the CIPD. She started out her career in leadership and management roles in the Builders Merchant industry, which led to her winning a BMF award for her achievements in 2014.
In 2018, Laura transitioned to work in her first HR role, while studying for her CIPD qualification. She worked in the healthcare sector for over 5 years, progressing to HR Manager and was also part of a project team that were made finalists in the HR impact Award category at the Personnel Today Awards 2023, for the successful implementation of their engagement initiative.
Laura joined impact HR in 2023 and now supports SMEs in a variety of industries to efficiently manage their HR operations.
Laura is a HR Generalist with a strong employee relations background. Laura has successfully supported many of her clients through complex disciplinary investigations, change and redundancy consultations.
Fun Fact
Laura loves to travel and did a skydive in New Zealand as well as the SkyJump off the Aukland Sky Tower! She lived in Sydney, Australia for a while and her favourite thing to do there was go whale watching!
