Regional Manager - Midlands
Location: Regionally based in the Midlands (with some travel)
Reports to: Director of HR Operations
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
At impact HR, we provide expert, people-first HR consultancy services to businesses across the UK. We’re growing, and we’re looking for a hands-on, service-driven Regional Manager to lead one of our regional consultancy teams.
This role is perfect for someone who combines operational coordination with client focus and team leadership. You’ll be the go-to person for delivery in your region, supporting consultants, ensuring high standards, and maintaining strong client relationships.
This role reflects our new regional model, retaining the personal, responsive service we’re known for while scaling through local management.
As we scale nationally, we need strong local managers to ensure delivery is consistent, responsive, and aligned with our standards. You’ll ensure every client in your region receives a first-class experience, and every consultant feels supported to do their best work.
As a local manager, you’ll bring national strategy to life, ensuring clients feel supported and consultants are set up for success, all while feeding valuable insight back into central planning.
