Business Development Executive
Location: Remote (preferred locations Northamptonshire/Milton Keynes)
Reports to: Group CEO
Salary: £45,000 pa (OTE up to £60,000 pa)

As our business continues to grow across the UK, we are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Executive to help drive new client growth, strengthen relationships and expand our presence within the SME market.

At impact HR continues to expand nationally, we are focused on building strong relationships with SME businesses, referral partners and professional networks across the UK.
This role plays a key part in:
You will be one of the key ambassadors for the impact HR brand.
You will be responsible for identifying, generating and developing new business opportunities across the SME market.
You will work closely with operational and leadership teams to support sustainable growth across the business.
You are motivated by building relationships, creating opportunities and making things happen.
You are personable, commercially aware and energised by meeting new people. You enjoy being out in the market, attending events, building networks and opening conversations.
You are proactive rather than reactive and comfortable taking ownership of your own activity, pipeline and success.
You understand that successful business development is built on trust, consistency and follow-through, not hard selling.
