Join a growing team making a real impact

At impact HR, and across our associated group companies, we are building a scalable, data-led digital infrastructure to support growth across multiple brands, services and regions.

We are creating a new Group Digital Marketing Executive role to provide specialist technical digital capability across the group. This role is focused on SEO performance, analytics, geo-targeting, ICP targeting, automation and lead-generation platforms.

It is a hands-on, technical position designed to strengthen how our digital systems perform, convert and inform decision-making.

Why this role matters

As the group grows, effective marketing depends less on volume of activity and more on:

  • Search authority and keyword visibility
  • Accurate data, attribution and insight
  • Targeted digital journeys aligned to geography and Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs)
  • Reliable automation and lead-generation infrastructure

This role ensures the group’s digital estate is technically optimised, measurable and scalable, providing leaders with confidence in where leads come from, which markets perform, and which ICPs convert.
